Terms of Warranty:

1. For small quantity of non-working items, please cut down the cables of the ballasts and then take pictures of the ballasts where the production date was printed for our confirmation as well as the non-working bulbs, as closely as possible please. We will send you replacements by express mail or along with our next order after comfirmation. It is strongly recommended the replacing items to be delivered along with our next order so as to save some freight cost.

2. For large quantity of non-working items, please follow the first step, after that we possibly would like to request some non-working items to be returned for our testing depending on the specific situation. We are responsible for the full freight cost if the defect rate is more than 15% due to quality problem within the warranty period.

3. Regarding the freight that generated while delivering  the replacing items.we strongly recommend the replacing items to be delivered by our next order. And please understand there is no 100% products without defect for ballasts produced by any manufacturer.

4. All of the terms above is subject to defective item that within warranty period and of quality problem.
